Jason H Hey I’m Coach J. I am a retired combat veteran of the United States Army and the Coaching Director for HFM. A near daily task in my 22 year long Army career involved coaching, teaching, and mentoring men and women to achieve their personal, professional, physical, life goals, and overcome extreme challenges.  All of which I recieved years of military education and training in leading these coaching/teaching/mentoring sessions. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship, a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, countless military awards/badges/professional education, and numerous firearms certifications. Additionally, I have nearly two decades of professional experience as a instructor, Senior instructor, and Program Manager.  I’m an original member of the organization “Dad Starting Over Fraternity” and the first expansion coach hired by DSO. I’ve helped inspire men all around the world to go on the offensive in their lives and get what they want. I joined the HFM world in January of 2020 and rapidly improved my marriage through a refocus of skills I already had and the inspiration from “The Dead Bedroom Fix” book by DSO. A few years later my marriage slowly died over the course of a year due to my ex wife's alcoholism and the fall out that rapidly ensued. I've run the full gamut of a man who's started over numerous times in his life and I have yet to encounter a situation that I haven't been able to overcome.  I'm a single dad of 4 school aged children ranging from age 6 to 18. I'm originally from Illinois and enjoy ice hockey, the outdoors, hunting, and firearms training. As your coach I will be an excellent and effective listener, motivator, and confidant.
