These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helpformen.com (the "Site") and all related services provided by REB Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including membership access, coaching sessions, digital content, and events.
By using our Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or purchase our services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Membership Subscriptions
We offer membership to the HFM Brotherhood at various subscription levels, including monthly, yearly and lifetime options. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Recurring Billing. Monthly and yearly memberships are recurring subscriptions. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel. The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial purchase.
Cancellation. You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Lifetime Membership. Lifetime membership grants access for as long as the HFM Brotherhood exists as a service. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once access has been granted.
4. Payment Plans
Certain products and services, including lifetime membership and event tickets, may be purchased through installment payment plans.
A payment plan is not a subscription. It is a commitment to pay a fixed total amount in scheduled installments. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to the following:
Obligation to Pay. You are obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to use the service. Payment plans cannot be cancelled once the first payment has been processed.
Failed Payments. If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend your access until the balance is current.
Early Payoff. You may contact us to pay the remaining balance in full at any time.
5. Refund Policy
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Lifetime memberships are non-refundable.
Payment plan installments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Coaching session credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire as long as your membership remains active.
Event tickets (including Brofest) are subject to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us here within 30 days.
6. Coaching Services
We offer one-on-one coaching sessions conducted by independent coaches through our platform. By using our coaching services, you acknowledge and agree:
Not Professional Advice. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. Our coaches are not licensed therapists or healthcare providers unless separately disclosed. Coaching is a personal development service.
No Guarantees. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching. Your results depend on your individual effort and circumstances.
Session Recordings. Coaching sessions may be conducted via Zoom and may be recorded for your reference. Recordings are private and are not shared publicly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, will result in forfeiture of the session credit.
7. Events
We host in-person events such as Brofest. Event-specific terms, including refund and cancellation policies, payment plan terms, and liability waivers, will be presented at the time of registration and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Community Conduct
Our membership includes access to community features such as live meetings, Discord, and member forums.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to revoke membership and community access for violations of these guidelines, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, videos, courses, assessments, graphics, and other materials, is the property of REB Enterprises, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own
use only.
10. User Content
If you submit content to our Site, including survey responses, coaching feedback, testimonials, or community posts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services and marketing. You may request removal of specific content by contacting us.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REB Enterprises, LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REB Enterprises, LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may notify you by email.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and REB Enterprises, LLC regarding your use of our Site and services.

- Treat other members and staff with respect
- Keep discussions and shared content confidential
- Not share, redistribute, or publicly post content from member-only areas
- Not engage in harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Not promote competing services or solicit members
We reserve the right to revoke membership and community access for violations of these guidelines, without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, videos, courses, assessments, graphics, and other materials, is the property of REB Enterprises, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
