I'm also the founder of Help For Men and have coached over 1,000 men over the years. See below to learn more about me.

During this whole rollercoaster ride of a life, I have started a content brand called Dad Starting Over, written five books, made over 800 videos, hundreds of articles, and coached over 1,000 individuals just like you. My journey has led me to the site you are on now, Help For Men. I'm glad you are here, and I look forward to working with you one-on-one!
When I started writing about my experiences, I never imagined it would resonate with so many men. What began as personal reflections turned into The Dead Bedroom Fix, now in its third edition. The response from readers has been overwhelming — men from all walks of life reaching out to share their own struggles and breakthroughs. That feedback is what keeps me going.
Today, I lead a team of coaches and a community of hundreds of men from around the world through the HFM Brotherhood. We connect daily in private forums, regular live Zoom meetings, and even in-person events. There's something powerful about being surrounded by guys who get it — men who have been where you are and have come out the other side stronger. I'm proud to be part of this community, and I'd be honored to have you join us.
